To provide a complete martial arts academy management system, we collect the following types of information:

• Personal Identification Information: Coach name, student name, guardian name, phone numbers, and home/academy addresses.

• Academy Operational Data: Belt rank, attendance records, monthly fee payment details, belt exam records, and equipment order/due history.

• Device & Technical Data: Basic device information and Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) tokens solely used for sending push notifications regarding notices and updates.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information for the following purposes:

• To manage karate and martial arts academy operations (attendance tracking, fee management, and grading).

• To communicate important academy notices and payment reminders via WhatsApp or push notifications.

• To improve app performance and user experience.

3. Data Storage and Security

All data collected through the App is securely stored in Google Firebase Cloud Firestore, which follows industry-standard security protocols.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

4. Sharing of Information

• No Third-Party Selling: We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal identification information to third parties.

• Data Sharing: Data is only shared within your specific martial arts academy (accessible by authorized coaches and respective students/guardians) for administrative purposes.

5. Account Deletion Request

Users can request the deletion of their account and associated personal data at any time. To delete your account, you can use the "Delete Account" option inside the App Settings, or contact us directly at dojoorbit@gmail.com with your registered details. Upon request, all your personal data will be permanently removed from our Firebase database within 30 days.

6. Children's Privacy

Our App is used by students of various ages under the supervision of parents/guardians and academy coaches. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children without parental or coach consent through proper academy registration.

7. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. You are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. Changes to this Privacy Policy are effective when they are posted on this page.
